AdFeed AI (“we”, “us”) is a Shopify application that helps merchants generate advertising-ready Google Shopping data feeds from their Shopify catalog—especially catalogs imported from 1688. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and your choices.

Google user data (OAuth)

If you connect a Google account, we access Google user data only with your consent, only for the feature you started, and only using the Google API scope shown on the consent screen.

• Merchant Center (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content): list Merchant Center accounts you can access; read product issue reports; and, in the Shopify app when you click Push, insert product listings into your Merchant Center data source. Google’s Merchant API documents this as the scope for those methods; there is no separate reports-only scope.
• Google Ads (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), marketing-site Ads monitor only: read campaign/account performance metrics you authorize so we can show a report. We do not create campaigns, change bids, or pause ads.

AdFeed AI’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

With whom we share, transfer, or disclose Google user data

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share it with data brokers, independent advertisers, or other AdFeed merchants.

• Google LLC: when you connect and use a Google feature, we send API requests to Google (Merchant API and/or Google Ads API) using your OAuth token, acting on your Google account. Pushing a feed discloses your product listing fields (for example offer id, title, price, availability, image links) to Google Merchant Center because that is the product you asked us to submit.
• Infrastructure processors: we operate AdFeed on a virtual private server. Our hosting and TLS certificate providers process stored data and traffic solely to host and secure the service, under our direction. They are not permitted to use Google user data for their own purposes.
• No AI training / no other apps: we do not send Google OAuth tokens, Merchant Center issue reports, or Google Ads metrics to third-party AI models, and we do not transfer that Google user data to other applications.
• Legal: we may disclose data if required by law, regulation, or a binding legal process.

Shopify catalog data used to generate feeds is separate from Google user data. Feed URLs you copy into Merchant Center are fetched by Google on the schedule you set; do not treat those URLs as private documents.

Data protection for sensitive Google data

• In transit: all production connections use HTTPS/TLS.
• Access control: Merchant Center tokens for the Shopify app are stored server-side and bound to that shop. Marketing-site Google sessions use short-lived HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookies (about one hour), not a shared merchant database.
• Least privilege: operators access production data only as needed to run the service and handle support. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling.
• Retention: app connections last while you keep Google connected or the app installed. Public-tool sessions expire automatically. Disconnect (in the tool) or uninstall (Shopify shop/redact) deletes the stored Google connection for that shop.
• Incidents: email support@deltfu.com for privacy or security questions.

1. Data we collect

When you install and use AdFeed AI we process only what is needed to run the app:

• Store information: shop domain, shop name, and basic shop settings required for feeds (for example default currency when available).
• Product data: titles, descriptions, prices, images, variants (such as color/size), inventory, product type, and related fields we read to build the feed.
• App settings you enter: for example the ad brand you confirm, market/country selection, and feed image choices.
• Billing: plan and usage information via Shopify Billing when you subscribe.
• Technical logs: limited server logs for security, debugging, and reliability.

We do not require a separate AdFeed customer account. We do not sell personal customer lists. We do not invent barcodes (GTIN) or product cost (COGS).

2. How we use data

• Generate and host product feed files (for example Google XML) for destinations you configure.
• Show in-app quality hints (for example missing color/size when those options exist).
• Operate billing quotas and support your requests.

Optional Google connections are described in the Google user data section above. You can disconnect them in the app or tool. We do not place bids or create ad campaigns on your behalf.

3. Hosting and other (non-Google) sharing

We do not sell your store data to third parties for their marketing. Shopify receives billing and app usage as required to run a Shopify app. See the Google sections above for Google user data.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep store and product data while the app is installed and as needed to provide feeds and support. When you uninstall, Shopify sends compliance webhooks (including shop redact). We then delete the shop’s AdFeed data according to Shopify’s requirements, subject to short-term backups and legal obligations.

5. Your choices

• Uninstall the app from Shopify Admin to stop processing.
• Email support@deltfu.com for access, correction, or deletion requests we can fulfill.

6. Children

AdFeed AI is for business merchants, not directed at children under 16.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date on this page.
